Kiosk App

The PiCockpit Kiosk App allows you to display a set of rotating webpages in a fullscreen window, typically used for digital signage or interactive kiosks. It utilizes Firefox, along with the Geckodriver (developed by Mozilla for Firefox automation), to achieve this functionality. The app is designed to seamlessly display your desired web pages in a loop, making it ideal for creating a dynamic and automated kiosk experience.

Installation and Setup

Note

The Kiosk App should work with both Wayland and X11-based desktop environments. For best results, we recommend using the latest version of Raspberry Pi OS, which includes a Wayland desktop.
